Terms of Service
Effective date: July 14, 2026
1. Agreement
These terms govern your use of Agentive (“Agentive,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account or paying for a subscription, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
2. The service
Agentive connects to Gmail, Slack, and Google Drive via read-only OAuth access you grant, identifies procedures your team repeats, and drafts them as SKILL.md files. Every draft is held in a review queue and cited back to its source; nothing is applied, sent, or exported automatically. You are responsible for reviewing a drafted skill before relying on, publishing, or acting on it.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information to create an account and are responsible for activity under it. You are responsible for the accounts and permissions you connect to Agentive, and for disconnecting them if you no longer want them scanned.
4. Billing and cancellation
The service is $20/month, flat, regardless of how many people at your organization review skills. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. If you cancel within the first 30 days of your initial subscription, email support@agentive.win and we will refund that payment in full. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to: use the service to process data you are not authorized to access; attempt to bypass the read-only nature of the OAuth scopes you grant; reverse engineer or attempt to extract the underlying models or source code; or use the service in a way that violates the terms of the connected providers (Google, Slack).
6. Your content
You retain ownership of the SKILL.md files drafted from your connected sources. We claim no ownership over your source content or the skills drafted from it. You grant us the limited right to process that content — including sending it to the subprocessors listed in the Privacy Policy — solely to provide the service to you.
7. Disclaimers
Drafted skills are generated by an AI system and may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect — that is why every draft sits in a review queue and carries a citation back to its source instead of being applied automatically. The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that drafted skills will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your use case — that is why every draft requires your review before you rely on it.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agentive will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Agentive’s total liability for any claim arising from these terms or the service is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim arose.
9. Termination
You may stop using the service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates section 5 (Acceptable use) or these terms. On account deletion, we remove your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product changes. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of Thailand, unless local consumer-protection law in your place of residence gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
